- Expert Cleaner — You have at least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience. You know how to deep clean a kitchen, detail a bathroom, and leave a home spotless without being told what to do.
- Fluent English Speaker — You communicate clearly and confidently with clients in English. This is essential for scheduling, special requests, and building the kind of trust that earns repeat bookings.
- Reliable and Punctual — You show up on time, every time. Clients count on you, and so do we. Reliability is the number one quality we look for.
- Own Vehicle — You have your own reliable vehicle to travel between cleaning jobs across the Lower Mainland.
- Professional References — You can provide references from previous cleaning clients or employers who can speak to your skills and reliability.
