We take credit card mainly, either given upfront over the phone or via secure link when booking (we don't charge until after the job is done), or we can generate a payable invoice and our cleaners can collect your credit card or debit card details on site after the clean. We also take e-transfer to hello@repeatcleaning.com. Payments are always collected the same day as the job, and if we take credit card, after the first time our system automatically encrypts and saves your details so the following appointments are billed automatically after the job. We don't take cash or cheque.
Yes, our cleaners balance using eco-friendly products with tougher de-greasers and cleaners when needed, as eco-friendly products sometimes don't work as well. Ultimately, it's up to the discretion of your cleaning professional. If you have specific needs, just let us know when booking, otherwise we will use what is best for the job. All products we use are safe for your home and pets.
