These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Repeat Clean (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a cleaning services company based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our website.
1. About Our Services
Repeat Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the North Vancouver area and surrounding communities. The details, pricing, and availability of our services may change at any time without notice. Any descriptions on our website are for general information only and do not form a binding offer until we confirm your booking.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaks any law or regulation
- Send or upload harmful content, including viruses or malicious code
- Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect data from our website without our written permission
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without our permission
We reserve the right to block access to our website for any reason, at any time, without notice.
3. Bookings, Scheduling, and Cancellations
When you book a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information about the location, scope of work, and any special requirements. We will confirm your booking by email, phone, or text message.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at our discretion and will notify you as soon as possible if we do.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time. The final price for your service will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards and e-transfer. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend services and pursue collection of the outstanding amount.
5. Our Responsibilities
We will perform our cleaning services with reasonable care and skill. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or providing a credit — see Section 9 (Limitation of Liability) for full details.
6. Your Responsibilities
When we provide services at your property, you agree to:
- Provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned
- Inform us of any hazards, security systems, pets, or special instructions before the service
- Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings before our arrival
- Ensure someone of legal age (18 or older) is available to provide access if needed
We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed to us or that were left in work areas without prior notice.
7. Property Access and Security
If you provide us with a key, access code, or other means of entry, you do so at your own risk. We will use reasonable care with access credentials, but we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access by third parties unless it was directly caused by our negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — belongs to Repeat Clean or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia and Canada:
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or $500 CAD, whichever is less.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- We are not liable for any damage to property that results from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or causes beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables, cash, jewelry, electronics, or other high-value items left in cleaning areas unless you informed us about them in writing before the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the results from using our services will meet your specific expectations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repeat Clean, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to other websites or third-party services (such as payment processors, booking tools, or social media platforms). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Using them is at your own risk.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you leave a review, comment, or testimonial about Repeat Clean, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that your review is truthful and based on your actual experience. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government actions, labour disputes, power outages, or internet failures.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Repeat Clean, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, any legal action must be brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Repeat Clean regarding your use of our website and services. They replace any previous agreements or understandings on this subject.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
